Two ways. First, our searchers are operators who’ve built and scaled companies, so they evaluate leaders on judgement and track record. Most searches run around nine to fourteen weeks from brief to offer. Highly confidential or cross-border mandates can take longer, depending on stakeholder alignment and candidate availability.
It’s a retained model — a retainer to begin the search plus a success fee based on the role’s first-year package, scoped per role. We’ll confirm the structure when we scope the mandate.
Yes. If a placement leaves within 90 days of starting, we re-run the search at no additional fee.
