Jonathan is passionate about solving business issues through people and partnerships
He has been privileged to work closely with amazing clients from around the world. He loves working closely with business leaders, founders, private equity groups, VC and entrepreneurs.
For the last ten years Jonathan has helped them solve, develop and execute against their business strategy both short and long term. This work has tended to be across technology transformation, digital transformation and how to execute global and local growth.
Anthony’s passion is growing early stage technology ventures.
Since 2007 Anthony has been assisting Australian and International businesses with growth and transformation. From startup to corporate Anthony is an expert in building product technology functions.
To date Anthony has completed over 200 projects ranging from the organisational design of Software Engineering functions through to the search for Chief Technologists for some of the worlds most influential businesses.
Having helped build companies like GroupOn from the ground up Simon is an expert in scaling fast growth technology businesses. Over his decade in Executive Search and Specialist recruitment Simon has used his expertise to assist large corporates to undergo digital transformation.
Simon believes in human empowerment through technology and digital disruption.
Chrissie’s passion is finding a better way.
She believes that there is always a better way to do something. From a background in helping to run small businesses Chrissie has found her experience has translated nicely into high growth businesses, the same rules apply, the same problems need to be solved and the solutions are sometimes fairly similar.
When Think and Grow has a challenging project Chrissie is often there helping to drive it along.
Bryn believes that a digital future relies on connecting passionate people across the globe.
After studying English at Brunel University, Bryn brings 3 years’ recruitment and executive search experience but a lifelong passion for digital technology and innovation. Based out of London, Bryn has been lucky to have worked with leading companies across a variety of industries.
Bryn enjoys the challenge of helping fast growing companies achieve international growth. Currently working with a portfolio of ambitious Australian and New Zealand companies entering into London he has also begun working with a number of London based businesses who are looking to grow into the Australian and New Zealand markets.
With a degree in Psychology from the University of Glasgow, Sophia began her career in operations and HR for a large global consumer business. Sophia then moved into Executive Search for a leading London boutique, working with private equity-backed consumer businesses.
After moving to Sydney, Sophia has become heavily involved in the fast growth technology community and runs a monthly HR and People Ops knowledge sharing group.
