Event overview
Join Think & Grow for an invite-only private dinner designed for Board Directors, NEDs and Chairs who want a practical view of what it means to be an “AI-ready” organisation. Over the evening, we’ll unpack how leading boards are treating AI as both a growth lever and a governance responsibility.
Why this dinner
Since launching our AI Practice, we’ve been working with boards, founders and CEOs who know AI matters but want clarity on what readiness actually looks like in practice. This dinner gives you a concrete, real-world view rather than abstract theory.
Inside the AI readiness audit
Our AI Practice Lead, Anneliese Urquhart, will walk through a real AI readiness audit we’ve conducted, covering both people and culture, and data structures and systems. You’ll see how we assess capability gaps, risk areas and the foundations required to safely unlock AI-driven growth.
What you’ll take away
You’ll leave with a clearer understanding of how to frame AI at board level, what “good” looks like for AI governance, and the key questions to ask management when AI lands on your board agenda. The session is designed to be highly practical, with examples you can take straight back into your next board meeting.
Format and experience
This is a small, curated group dinner to encourage open discussion and peer learning, held at Grill Americano, 1 Chifley Square. The evening is designed for candid conversation, with space to compare notes with fellow directors who are working through similar AI challenges.
Who should attend
This event is for current Board Directors, NEDs and Chairs of growth-stage or enterprise organisations who are actively thinking about AI’s impact on strategy, risk and governance. Numbers are deliberately limited to keep the conversation focused and valuable for all attendees.
RSVP details
Places are limited and confirmed on a first-come basis for qualified attendees.
