MediaRoom, Silver Trak Digital's SaaS platform, had built strong traction in a single vertical. The Australian leadership team could see clear potential to scale it across new sectors and markets, but didn't have evidence of where or how big that opportunity was.

Scaling meant securing investment from the global business. That required a data-backed case: validated market size, the sectors worth pursuing, and a GTM path across Australia and Southeast Asia.

Where Think & Grow Came In

We partnered with Silver Trak Digital to size and prioritise MediaRoom's expansion opportunity, and turn it into an investment case the global team could act on. The work focused on:

  • Market sizing – TAM/SAM/SOM across MediaRoom's three core services in Australia and priority Southeast Asian markets — Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia.
  • Competitor benchmarking – pricing, value propositions and GTM approaches, to identify whitespace and points of differentiation.
  • Customer prioritisation – prioritised ICP profiles across six high-potential verticals, ranked on sector growth, compliance urgency and procurement behaviour.
  • Stakeholder mapping – the buyers and influencers per vertical with buying triggers and procurement cycles.
