Andree has over 10 years of experience in the recruitment and learning and development industries. Prior to Think & Grow, Andree began his career in the telecommunications industry, where he progressed into the internal HR team, specialising in recruitment, training, and development.

He then moved into the RTO industry, working with various training providers and recruitment agencies before transitioning to rec to rec recruitment.

Andree now works as a senior consultant with Think & Grow, supporting partners with executive search and leading on-site recruitment drives.
